Good to know

Reduce the term or reduce the payment

When you reduce the term, the payment stays the same and the loan ends sooner. When you reduce the payment, the term stays the same and later payments are lower. The calculator shows both side by side.

What the calculator does

It supports equal and declining installments, combines recurring with one-off overpayments, compares several scenarios on one chart and exports the full monthly schedule to CSV.

What to watch for

Check your loan agreement for overpayment conditions, such as possible fees or minimum amounts. The calculator assumes a fixed interest rate for the whole term.
